Engineered wood floating floor system

There is no longer any doubt that homeowners simply love hardwood floors.  In addition to being visually appealing, hardwood floors are more hygienic as they do not retain allergens, dust or dirt. Engineered hardwood’s cross grain layer construction gives them added versatility. These floors can also be installed over concrete, without the inconvenience of having to underlay plywood first, as is often the case in condominium units or basements. Finally, they can be applied over radiant heated floors, provided the maximum floor (system) temperature does not exceed 28°C. 

What’s more, engineered wood floors can be refinished when signs of wear become apparent or a change in gloss level is desired.
