QUICKSTYLE warranties:

QUICKSTYLE offers up to thirty years of limited warranty (depending of the product line) against manufacturing defects from date of purchase. QUICKSTYLE guarantees that:

• The decorative laminate surface will not wear through.
   
• The surface of the plank will resist staining.
   
• The surface of the plank will not fade or discolour due to natural or artificial lighting.

This warranty is subject to the following conditions:

• Prior to installation, the owner and/or the installer, must inspect the planks for colour, finish and quality consistency. QUICKSTYLE will reject all claims where flooring was installed with a visual defect.
   
• Applicable only to the original purchaser of QUICKSTYLE quality laminate flooring.
   
• Applicable only for normal indoor residential use.
   
• Applicable only when the flooring has been installed according to our instructions.
   
• Applicable only when installed using QUICKSTYLE adhesive.
   
• Applicable only when damage is not as a result of: abuse, scratching, water or humidity, impact by sharp objects, improper maintenance, neglect or improper installation.
   

SPECIAL NOTE:

Claims for flooring installed on concrete without a polyethylene vapour barrier will not be accepted.
 

TO FILE A CLAIM:

Once the defect is detected, you must file a claim within 30 days with the retailer where you purchased the product. If your retailer is unable to rectify the situation, please send a full written description of your claim along with a sample (if available) to:

If the claim is received and accepted by QUICKSTYLE, it will be settled at no cost to the client in one of the two following manners:
1. The floor may be repaired or;
2. The damaged area of the floor may be replaced.

QUICKSTYLE will assume material cost only (no incidentals) and in the case where the exact purchased product is no longer available, we reserve the right to replace it with an equivalent value available product. For any claims under this warranty, the above resolution remedy is the sole and exclusive recourse offered to the customer.
 

QUICKSTYLE DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING AND NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. QUICKSTYLE DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OCCURRING AS A RESULT OF ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY. NO OTHER WARRANTIES HAVE BEEN MADE OTHER THAN THOSE EXPRESSED HEREIN. ANY MODIFICATION TO ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, MUST BE IN WRITING AND SIGNED BY ALL PARTIES TO BE VALID. THE ABOVE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY, AND YOU MAY HAVE RIGHTS OTHER THAN THOSE ARISING OUT OF THIS WARRANTY, DEPENDING UPON THE APPLICABLE STATE OR PROVINCIAL LAW.
